Download your config

Use the configuration file issued to you. Each user gets a unique profile.

Use only your own config file.
Keep it private and do not share it.

iPhone / iPad

How to connect on iOS

Install the OpenVPN client and import your configuration profile.

1. Install OpenVPN Connect from the App Store.
2. AirDrop or email the .ovpn file to your device.
3. Tap the file and choose “Open in OpenVPN”.
4. Tap “Add” then toggle the VPN to connect.

Mac

How to connect on macOS

Use the OpenVPN client app and import your config.

1. Install OpenVPN Connect or Tunnelblick.
2. Download your .ovpn config to your Mac.
3. Open it with the VPN app to import.
4. Click “Connect” to start the tunnel.

Windows

How to connect on Windows

Install the desktop OpenVPN client and import the same config file.

1. Install OpenVPN Connect or OpenVPN GUI.
2. Place the .ovpn file in the app’s config directory or import it via the UI.
3. Right-click the tray icon and select your profile.
4. Click “Connect”.
